Spring training program
We're in the midst of our 2021 Spring Training Program - with athletes from 7 different sports!
It is important for athletes to continue to train during their competitive season for several reasons. Regular strength training maintains strength, power, and movement qualities that may not be trained in the course of practices and games. Additionally, if athletes have a particular quality they need to develop, we are able to communicate with them and focus on improving those qualities while not causing a detriment to their performance. We are also able to help if there are any nagging issues that may or may not be addressed with team's medical staff.
