Summer training program
Our full Summer Training Program begins June 8th. We DO have training for our non-throwing athletes that starts prior to June 8th.
Regular strength training maintains strength, power, and movement qualities that may not be trained in the course of practices and games. Additionally, if athletes have a particular quality they need to develop, we are able to communicate with them and focus on improving those qualities while not causing a detriment to their performance.
