No-Bake Overnight Oats

In our facility in 2020, we have constantly heard the excuse “I had zoom meetings from 8-11:30 so I didn’t eat breakfast.” Some things about school haven’t changed. Try making this recipe the night before for a grab and eat breakfast with more nutrients than a pop tart or cereal.

  1. ¾ cup Oats (117 grams)

  2. ¾ cups Milk of your choice (6 fluid oz. or 117 mL)

  3. 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (32 grams)

  4. Optional Toppings: bananas, honey, maple syrup, strawberries.

  1. Put your oats in first that way the liquid can somewhat soak in from the top.

  2. Put your peanut butter in on top of the oats. You will likely need to stir a little bit in the morning, so keeping the peanut butter off the sides as long as possible will help clean up. It also assists slightly aid in adsorption by the oats.

  3. Additional liquid ingredients/sweeteners like honey and syrup can go in now on top. Fruit should be cut and added in the morning if possible. IF you put it in now, make sure it stays on top overnight and mix fruits in well in the morning
