Our General Fitness Training Groups are available for the non-competitive athlete of any age, who still wants to be healthy and strong, wants to feel good, look fit, and have a respectable level of fitness. Workouts focus on multi-joint exercises that provide a total body training experience. We can change the intensity of the sessions depending on the client's needs. Each session is approximately one hour.
Training 2x / week - $120/month
Training 3x / week - $180/month
