Easy Fruit Protein Smoothie
Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients

1 banana (~100 grams or 1/2 cups)

1/2 cups (100 grams) of strawberries

More fruit can be added for more flavor as desired

3/4 cups spinach (42 grams)

1/3 cups yogurt (110 grams)

1 cup juice (237 mL or 8 fluid oz.)

1 scoop whey protein (flavor of your choice, I use strawberry)
Directions

All dry ingredients should go into the blender first so they are on the bottom and get ground up properly

That means the banana, strawberry, spinach, and protein powder go in first

Next, place the yogurt into the blender

Juice goes last so that you can poor protein off the sides of the blender. Blend and enjoy!
